Using application Using browser
For Windows View instructions for Mac OS
Install
Double click the downloaded file.Follow the instruction to install.
Download
Download (from China)
Launch the App
Application will open automatically after the installation.
Application will open when logging in to Windows, and stay in the notification area of the Taskbar.
Start the meeting
Enter the meeting from our website.
Upon first meeting start, a "Windows Security Alert" window will appear. Enable the check box next to "Private networks, such as my home or work network", and click Allow access.
For Mac OS View instructions for Windows
Download & Open
Drag the icon to the Application folder, then double-click to open.
Application will open automatically when logging in to your Mac.

Stay in the Menu bar
Upon first launch, you may see the message above. Click "Open".
Application will stay in the Menu bar.
Start the meeting
Enter the meeting from our website.
For Mobile
Download the iOS application
Click the banner below to download the application through iTunes.
iTunes required to be installed.
